The Chardonnay are sourced from all of his different parcels in Trepail. As he describes L'Amateur, it is a captured taste of the village of Trepail. This is a great introduction to the style of David's wine. You can taste the wildness and/or madness of his natural winemaking and often a touch oxidative in style.
