From 100% Chardonnay of the terroirs of Vertus, Villeneuve and Le Mont Aimé. This was one of the first of Pascal's champagnes to be officially certified organic. It combines the aromatic generosity of the rich clays of Vertus with the minerality of the stoney soils of Mont Aimé. Rich and satisfying. Aromas of spice, black tea and pear dominate.
