R. Pouillon, Réserve, Brut

This a cuvee that represents the house style of R. Pouillon. It is a blend of all their terroirs. 25% of the wine is blended with their house “perpetual reserve”. It is rich and silky with quince, lime, just ripe strawberries and freshly baked croissants.
