100% Chardonnay from 1er Cru village of Dizy, a still white wine from Champagne. Vines were planted in 1985. 100% barrel ferment, no filtration and 18 months of aging. Ripe fleshy fruit with rich and chiseled minerality. Only 400 bottles produced.
