Jean-Marc Sélèque, Quintette, Extra Brut

100% Chardonnay from 5 different parcels. Vinified 50% in oak and 50% in stainless steel. They describe this wine as 5 terroirs' expression of Chardonnay, complete and racy. Like Louis Hamilton when he had Nicole Scherzinger (this is my description).
