This six bottle case features six of Sandia's all-time favourite Rosés.

Olivier Horiot, Sève Rosé, En Barmont, Extra Brut 2011

This is a rosé de saigneé like no other. It comes from single parcel En Barmont. Tawny ruby in color with copper tones, its nose is of fresh rubbed flint, rhubarb and warm strawberries. On the palate it has beautiful tannins and great acidity with a savoriness that is well balanced with flashes of cranberries. This wine has a large range, it can hold itself from aperitifs to main courses and can stand up to the strongest cheese.

R. Pouillon, Rosé, Brut

A rosé obtained by maceration from 100% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. It has the most delicate salmon colour with ummer red fruits, violets, citrus and a touch of spice.

Laherte Frères, Rosé de Meunier, Extra Brut

A beautifully light rosé reflecting the perfect image of the grape pinot meunier. Wild mint, red currants, pepper and chalk. It is seductive and sassy. My perfect wedding Champagne.

Jeaunaux-Robin, Rosé de Saignée, Brut

Skins are macerated for 40-50 hours. Nose shows of maturity and genourly black cherry fruit.  Intense, sensual and lively, just the kind of lover you want.

Eric Rodez, Rosé, Brut

Made from 40% Pinot Noir from maceration with 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.  This is by far one of my favourite rosés.  Light delicate colour with a small gleaming of copper. Red cherries, plum, cranberries, raspberry strawberry all on the palate with a soft end of salinity and a meaty structure. This is the couture of rosé Champagne.

Producer: Eric Rodez

Cuveé: Rosé

Grape(s): 70% Pinot Noir / 30% Chardonnay

Vintage: NA

Dosage: Brut

ABV: 12%

Charles Dufour, BISTRØTAGE Rosé B.11, Extra Brut

BISTRØTAGE Champagnes comes from Charles Dufour’s mother’s vineyards (Domaine Francoise Martinot)  in which he is in charge of vinificatation and marketing. This Rose is a saignee rose from 2011 harvest blended with reserve wines from 2010. Semi-carbonic maceration for 21 days, fermented in Burgundy barrels with indegenious yeast. This is a beautiful herbaceous rosé for all those who love natural Champagnes. There’s a slight deliberate oxidation that comes across like dried orange peels, dried violets and freeze dried raspberries.

Producer: Charles Dufour

Cuveé: BISTRØTAGE Rosé B.11

Grape(s): 100% Pinot Noir

Vintage: Base vintage 2011

Dosage: Extra Brut
