Each month, we highlight one of Sandia's favourite producers! For November, she's chosen Benoit Dehu.

From a single 1.7 hectare parcel, called 'La Rue des Noyers', Benoit makes only single variety and single vintage Champagnes alongside a white and red Coteaux Champenois. All are from Pinot Meunier, to showcase the potential of this grape. His wines are fermented and aged in oak barrels with low to zero dosage creating wines that are intense but with electrifying energy and beautiful tension and minerality.
