Everyone knows the popular kids in school; Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. However, in Champagne there are a few ancient varietals, or lesser known varietals, that seem to have been forgotten through the times. These grapes include Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc, and here you’ll find some of their finest examples.
