Benoit Déhu, ‘Initiation' Rosé, Brut Nature

This is a blend of two parcels. Pinot Meunier comes from his single parcel ‘La Rue des Noyers’. The Pinot Noir are Pommard clones from Burgundy from his small parcel planted on the bottom of the hill of Rue des Noyers. This Rosé Champagne is made to please, with its fine bubbles, great acid, and notes of ripe summer strawberries.
