Benoit Déhu, ‘Initiation' Brut Nature

This is a blend of two parcels. Pinot Meunier comes from his single parcel ‘La Rue des Noyers’. The Pinot Noir are Pommard clones from Burgundy from his small parcel planted on the bottom of the hill of Rue des Noyers. Bubbly with lively character, it’s bright and effervescent with notes of white flowers, lemon zest and a fresh salinity. A very unique showcase of a Blanc de Noirs.
