Benoit Dehu, ‘L’Orme’, Brut Nature

This is from a 1.5 hectare of Pinot Noir planted at the bottom of the hill of Rue des Noyers parcel. Previously the plot was planted with elm trees (orme in French). A powerful blanc de noirs that has personality, complexity and a never ending finish. Only a small amount of this is made.
