“La Rue des Noyers” is named after the walnut trees that used to line the tiny 1.7 hectares of biodynamically farmed Pinot Meunier in which a quarter is worked by a horse. The grapes are fermented in large oak barrels with native yeasts, aged under cork and bottled without dosage and no malolactic fermentation. This is a rose made in a saignée method with skin contact for 42 hours. Cranberries and cream for dayz!
