Bourgeois-Diaz, BD'M, Brut Nature

A blanc de noirs from Pinot Meunier harvested from their oldest plot of land of mainly clay. Vinified in combination of steel, oak and cement.  The nose delivers intense aromas of red fruits that are also found in the mouth, where they mingle with notes of bergamot. The remarkable freshness on the palate gives this wine its beautiful balance, in a clean, precise style. Less than 7,000 bottles produced.
