Bourgeois-Diaz, BD'B Le Temple, Brut Nature

Chardonnay harvested from a single plot called, "Le Temple" with extreme chalky soil. Vinfied 70% in steel and 30% in oak. Delicate floral notes on the nose with lots of fruit, especially apricot and peach, gravelly minerality, moderately spicy, with fragrant and liquorice tones. On the palate it is elegant and graceful. Only 2000 bottles produced.
