The estate is located in Polisot one of the most southern villages of Champagne, in the area of Côte des Bar, which is actually closer to Chablis than it is to Reims. This wine is a blend of grapes representing the terroir of the village. Perfect for the 'apéro' as says Dominique Piollot himself!
