Emmanuel Brochet, Les Hauts Chardonnays, Extra Brut 2015

The Chardonnay used to make this bottle comes from a little part on the top of Brochet's famous plot 'Le Mont Benoit'. It has been planted in 1962 and only represents 0.34 hectare. If you are feeling fancy, you can pair this with a roasted lobster, like we did ourselves last NYE!
