From the single Lieu Dit La Motelle, only 3400 bottles are produced. The juice is macerated for 24 hours on the skins before being matured in wooden barrels for a year. A beautiful pink, the nose is intense with crisp red fruits and minerality, the flavour is led by strawberries and redcurrants with a rich and creamy mouth feel.
