Emmanuel Brochet, Rosé d'assemblage, Extra Brut

A new cuvee, a new rosé, by Emmanuel. Emmanuel sourced the grapes for this Champagne not from his own Le Mont Benoit vineyard, but from his close friends (fellow grower producers) and their vineyards.  This is part of his special so-called négociant project range, which he seals with his own name.
