Aged for 18 years on the lies. Truly an amazing vintage by the mother of Pinot Meunier and long lees aging. I would imagine a rich, spicy, & decadent wine that will uphold itself to any gourmet dish on the table no matter how rich. I'm thinking rotisserie chicken with chips and thick bernaise sauce.
