Made up of 100% organically-farmed Chardonnay from the eponymous lieu-dit on the eastern side of the village. This is quite a powerful Blanc de Blancs. Apple blossoms, squeezed lemon rinds with minty herbaciousnous. Palate has great grip with layers of stone fruits and fresh pastry and a soft creamy finish.
