Jeaunaux-Robin, Eclats de Meulière, Extra Brut

Eclats de Meulière means “burst of millstone” recalling the nature of soils which are calcareous clay with little flints and millstones.  On the nose it's fresh and citrusy with grapefruit and lemony notes. The palate is smooth, clean, juicy and extremely mineral driven.
