“fac-simile” translates into “a copy of”. This rare rosé is made from the exact cepage and method of “Les Béguines” with exception of the addition of a barrel of red still wine from his Pinot Meunier blended into the white. This rosé is one for contemplation with blood orange, sweet beetroot, dried violets and dried cranberries. A touch of spice and the off the charts minerality makes my knees weak. Only 3000 bottles produced each year. Vintage 2019
