This is made from three white grapes that are allowed to be grown in Champagne, grown on kimmeridgian soils, which lend a Chablis-esque quality. Notes of grapefruit and melon, with chalky undertones, finished in amphora which provides poised oxidation. A unique experience unlike anything we've tried before!
