 An amazing Blanc de Blanc with Chardonnay all from the slopes of the Grand Cru village of Cramant. Pure and clear with green apples, ginger and freshly sharpened pencils. Michel adds 30% of reserve wines aged in old large barrels to add complexity. Aged on the lees for 3 years.
