R.H. Coutier, Cuvée Henri III, Blanc de Noirs, Extra Brut

  This cuvee was named after King Henri III who granted the village Ambonnay to hold its first wine fair in 1578.  A powerful wine but with elegance and finesse. Bruised plums and smoky brambles with a lick of salinity. Beautiful wine with food.
