The average age of the vines are 40 years old from 1.5 hectares in Les Pierrières. Concentrated and intense in ripe tropical fruits with a touch of wild herbs. It is focused and pristine with a creamy mouth feel and has tingly fresh minerality. It’s like eating lemon custard biscuits whilst sitting on a rocky mountain top.
