Jérôme Prévost
Jérôme Prévost is a micro-grower Champagne producer from a picture-perfect little village called Geuex, on the edge of the Montagne de Reims. He works a small 2.2 hectares of vines where pinot Meunier dominates and thrives. When he first started making wine in 1998, he was using the wine caves of Anselme Selosse up until 2003. Although not certified biodynamic, Jêrôme is meticulous and natural in his work both in the vineyard and cellar. He makes only two cuvees both from his single plot “Les Béguines”. His bottlings of Champagne are the ultimate showcase of fine wine.
