Pinot Blanc grapes was randomly accidentally planted in a vineyard of Chardonnay by Olivier's previous generation. Instead of trying to separate the grapes, Olivier decided to harvest into a blend for this still wine. The percentage of each grape is a rough guess. However, tasting the wine, you can certainly taste each character coming through. Refreshing, waxy yellow apples and fresh stone fruits. If you like Chablis, this is your game.
