This is a rosé de saigneé like no other. It comes from single parcel En Barmont. Tawny ruby in color with copper tones, its nose is of fresh rubbed flint, rhubarb and warm strawberries. On the palate it has beautiful tannins and great acidity with a savoriness that is well balanced with flashes of cranberries. This wine has a large range, it can hold itself from aperitifs to main courses and can stand up to the strongest cheese.
